What’s Not Included?

  • Sweaty removal guys, hard to deal with call centres and customer service operators.
  • Insurance – we recommend you use your own insurance provider to make sure that if anything does go wrong during transit your contents are covered. We can however arrange insurance on your behalf at an additional cost.
  • Packing materials are not included in the cost, but we can provide all your supplies from our Alice Springs depot.
  • Additional container hire over the initial 30 days. This is charged at a daily rate.
  • Container storage costs. If you require us to hold your container prior to delivery, a daily storage fee would apply.
  • Council permits if required. You would need to investigate this with your local councils at both the origin and destination locations.
